This is Ant Hill Garnet! Ant hill garnet is named for where and how it's found - this rich, wine red shade of Pyrope Garnet is traditionally found in the Four Corners area of the Amercian West, where they are found around the base of ant hills, having been excavated by the ant colony!
This bit of lovely is even brighter in person! A 6mm garnet of the very highest quality sits in a simple, 6 prong setting. This gem is true, pure red, and absolutely filled with fire!
